Terms & Conditions
Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products, services, retail outlets, websites, online platforms, booking systems, delivery services, and payment links operated under the Haleemah Brand in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing our platforms, making a purchase, booking a service, or completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into transactions independently. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the transaction on your behalf.

The Haleemah Brand operates under the following registered legal entities in the UAE:

Payment Processing Structure
Payments for products and services under the Haleemah Brand may be processed by one of the registered legal entities listed above, including but not limited to: Haleemah Srimala Thai Gents Massage FZE
The billing descriptor appearing on your bank statement may reflect the registered legal entity rather than the trade name used at the point of purchase.
By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and accept this payment structure.
Haleemah Brand UAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions that may violate applicable UAE laws, international sanctions, or regulatory requirements.
Electronic Acceptance & Communication
By clicking “Pay”, “Confirm Booking”, or any similar confirmation mechanism, you acknowledge that:
– You enter into a legally binding agreement.
– Electronic acceptance constitutes valid consent under UAE law.
– Electronic records are admissible as evidence.
You agree to receive electronic communications from Haleemah Brand UAE, including confirmations, invoices, notices, and policy updates via email, SMS, or other digital channels.
Payment Authorization
You confirm that:
– You are the authorized cardholder.
– Payment details are accurate.
– You authorize the transaction amount.
Haleemah Brand UAE reserves the right to verify identity, request supporting documentation, or decline suspicious transactions.
Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
You agree to contact Haleemah before initiating any bank dispute or chargeback.
In case of chargeback, Haleemah Brand UAE may submit:
– Transaction logs
– Delivery confirmation
– Booking records
– Communication history
– IP logs
– CCTV evidence (if applicable)
Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:
– Service restriction
– Recovery of administrative costs
– Legal action where permitted by law
Pricing, VAT & Regulatory Compliance
All prices are in AED.
VAT (5%) is applied in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
Invoices are issued in compliance with UAE VAT Law.
Haleemah operates in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations and applicable commercial laws.
Retail & Product Returns (Consumer Protection Compliance)
Returns are handled in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.
Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
– The product is unused
– The product is in its original packaging
– Proof of purchase is provided
– The product is in resalable condition
The following items may not be eligible for return:
– Hygiene-sensitive goods
– Perishable goods
– Customized or personalized products
– Clearance or promotional items
– Opened cosmetic or personal care products
Unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
If a product is confirmed defective, Haleemah Brand UAE shall bear the reasonable return shipping cost and provide replacement or refund in accordance with applicable UAE law.
Refunds, once approved, may take 7–14 business days depending on banking procedures.
Nothing in this policy shall override mandatory rights granted under UAE Consumer Protection Law.
Shipping & Delivery
For online purchases:
– Delivery times are estimates only.
– Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery.
– Haleemah Brand UAE is not liable for courier delays or customs processing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees.
Service Appointments
Bookings are subject to availability.
Haleemah Brand UAE may reschedule or refuse service for safety, operational, or legal reasons.
Late arrival may reduce session time without refund.
Health-related matters are governed under a separate Health & Safety Policy (where applicable).
Corporate & Group Bookings
Corporate bookings may require:
– Deposit payments
– Advance confirmation
– Binding headcount
Confirmed bookings and agreed headcounts are financially binding.
Customized packages may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Corporate clients remain responsible for full payment under agreed terms.
Promotions, Gift Cards & Discounts
Promotions may be withdrawn or modified without notice.
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Gift cards:
– Are non-refundable
– Cannot be exchanged for cash
– May be subject to expiration where legally permitted
Website Accuracy Disclaimer
While Haleemah Brand UAE strives for accuracy, product descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotional information may contain errors.
Haleemah reserves the right to correct errors and update information without liability.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, and branding materials are the exclusive property of the Haleemah Brand UAE and its registered entities.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– Engage in fraudulent activity
– Attempt unauthorized system access
– Interfere with website functionality
– Violate applicable UAE laws
Violation may result in service restriction or legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:
Haleemah Brand UAE shall not be liable for:
– Indirect or consequential damages
– Loss of profit
– Third-party payment gateway failures
– Temporary technical outages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction.
Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UAE Data Protection regulations, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Payment information is handled by licensed third-party processors and is not stored on Haleemah Brand UAE servers.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure
Haleemah Brand UAE shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by:
– Government actions
– Public health emergencies
– Supply chain disruptions
– Technical failures beyond reasonable control
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Compliance
Haleemah Brand UAE complies with applicable UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing regulations.
Where required by law or regulatory obligation, Haleemah may request:
– Identity verification
– Proof of address
– Source of funds declaration
– Corporate authorization documents
Verification may be required for transactions exceeding regulatory thresholds or deemed unusual.
Haleemah Brand UAE reserves the right to delay, refuse, or report transactions in accordance with UAE AML regulations.
No Waiver
Failure by Haleemah Brand UAE to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
Entire Agreement
These Terms (including applicable Privacy and Health policies) constitute the entire agreement between you and Haleemah Brand UAE.
Assignment
Haleemah Brand UAE may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.
Customers may not transfer bookings or rights without written consent.
Governing Language
If these Terms are translated and a conflict arises, the English version shall prevail.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
